Practice Pathways

Business Mentoring for Counsellors & Psychotherapists

By Counselling With Grace

I'm Grace

NCPS-Accredited Counsellor Based In Kent

I didn’t start my Private Practice with savings, connections, or a business background. I started Counselling With Grace in 2022 with a lot of fear, a pinch of naivety, and a 'let's give it a go' attitude.

After years of hearing unrelatable advice like “just trust the universe” while I was struggling to get clients through the door, I realise how much counsellors need real and affordable support from someone who’s been there. That’s why I created Practice Pathways, a space for Counsellors and Psychotherapists to get practical, grounded guidance from a fellow counsellor who understands what it’s like to start small, to feel unsure, and to build something meaningful.

What's Available?

A cost-free place for those in private practice to connect in Kent.

A low-cost space to learn and develop in small groups.

Personalised support tailored to your goals and budget.

1-2-1 Mentoring

Personalised - Empowering - Affordable

Website not bringing in the enquires you hoped? Unsure how to use social media to market your private practice? Does it all feel a bit chaotic and unorganised?

Let's work it out together.

Step One: Book a free 30-minute consultation

Step Two: Tell me your budget and goals for mentoring.

Step Three: I'll design and email an afforable and personalised package, just for you, within three working days.

There's no pressure to commit. If the package sounds right for you, we'll arrange a good date to get started and go from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Supervision, Mentoring & Coaching?

Supervision: A reflective space with a trained supervisor to support your clinical/client work.

Coaching: A formal goal-oriented arrangement to improve specific skills with a trained coach (who may not have counselling qualifications/experience).

Mentoring: Guidance from an experienced counsellor.

How often are the free Networking Events?

I try to hold four a year - one in the spring, one in the summer, one in the autumn and one in the winter. There's no obligation for you to attend all four. The aim is to offer a space where we can meet-up, reconnect and support each other.

I don't have the money for mentoring right now, what can I do?

I tailor mentoring sessions and fees to your budget, but if you really don't have the funds right now, I completely understand. I would still encourage you to attend the networking events (which are free) so I can help you build a support network and you can learn from others. Alternatively, workshops are an inexpensive option to learn in a group setting.

How do you tailor mentoring to my budget?

The bigger your budget is, the more in-depth we can go together. This might include collaboratively building your website, making a plan for social media content, in-person or online meetings to chat about your ideas and how to get there. If you're on a tight budget, I can still provide some friendly advice and simple tips. I'd love to offer it for free, but the fees pay for my time.

Still have questions?

I'm here to help — reach out anytime for quick and friendly support.
